Espacially expensive precious metals such as gold or silver, but also elements from the zinc group such as zinc and cadmium can now be recovered from used process solutions. Applying the electrolysis cell ReEMR of AGW Antech Gütling can deposit the precious metal ions to easily be further processed in metal sheets or films.

The highlight: only normal anodes and cathodes are used in the process. The recovered metal can easily be removed from the cathode. The cathode can then be even reused for further extraction of precious metals.

Efficiency and easy integration into existing plant concepts

This will result in saving of used chemicals and extended recovery of valuable raw materials. Thus saving operating costs and as a further benefit, protection of the environment. The high deposition rate of the system also allows a very compact design, allowing easy installation and integration into existing systems.
