ReNi plant for nickel recovery, load removal of existing wastewater treatment systems

Recovery of nickel from rinse water: relieve existing wastewater treatment plants significantly.

Recovery of nickel from rinse water: relieve existing wastewater treatment plants significantly.

ReNi is a plant for the recovery of nickel from rinse water, even during electroplating. ReNi also removes organic degradation products from process solutions. By using ReNi the generation of sludge decreased in plants and so existing wastewater treatment plants can be significantly relieved of working load.

The recycling idea behind the nickel recovery plant ReNi

The recovered nickel can subsequently be used as an anode, for example in the drum electrolysis plants for wastewater treatment. By the deposition of nickel, it is simply returned to the process solution.

Summary of Benefits nickel recovery plant ReNi

  • From rinsing water during electroplating
  • Recovery of nickel with simultaneous removal of organic decomposition products through separate precipitation of nickel and redissolution of nickel hydroxide with a simple, secure method.
  • Relief of existing waste water treatment plants and reduced sludge amount.
  • Low-waste recycling system with water-saving immersion-spray rinsing technology.
  • The nickel can be easily separated as anode nickel through our ReTrom barrel electrolysis and returned to the process.
